This website is operated by Vegan Food UK . Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Vegan Food UK . Vegan Food UK offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.


By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.


Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service. Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service.


Our store is hosted on Woo Commerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Our parcels are sent with Royal Mail using a signed for service, apart from our ‘activism cards’ which are sent as normal post.

As soon as order is received we endeavour to send parcel within 2-3 working days via second class mail.

We currently do not deliver parcels outside of the UK.

Please note that Royal Mail do not class an item as lost until 15 working days have passed, so please allow this time before contacting us about your order

Over the Christmas period parcels may take longer than the stated delivery time due to Royal Mail backlog.

We cannot pass individual delivery messages/requests onto Royal Mail relating to your parcel delivery.

Orders will be dispatched Monday – Friday only (excluding UK Bank Holidays)

If a delivery attempt is made and you fail to rearrange or collect your item from the sorting office (Royal Mail) and its subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for paying postage for your order(s) to be resent to you. If your order hasn’t arrived you must contact us after 15 days to let us know.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provide for any order you place is correct. If you provide the wrong address at checkout you remain liable for this. If the parcel is returned to us, you will be responsible for paying postage again. If you provide an incorrect delivery address, your order(s) will not be sent and refunds will not be issued until the parcel is returned back to our Distribution Centre.

Our Returns Policy can be found here. Please note that we do not offer exchanges. We are also unable to edit an order once payment has been processed.

Refunds are not applicable to downloadable products where the system shows you have downloaded your item. Each downloadable order allows you 1 download per item, please ensure that you save your product to your PC/laptop to print off when required. You will need a PDF Viewer to open your item.
